Apex Player Pathway – Terms and Conditions

Apex Player Pathway cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained during our sessions, events or activities, or whilst travelling to and from them, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Apex Player Pathway cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to our sessions or events, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

In the event of inclement weather, supervised indoor activities will be provided where suitable facilities are available. Upon collection, an authorised adult must collect each child in accordance with our registration and collection procedures.

Unacceptable behaviour may result in a child being removed from a session, club or programme and, where necessary, being asked not to return. Any such decision will be made at the discretion of Apex Player Pathway, taking into consideration the circumstances and the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

Prices are based on £35 per month including a small booking fee and half termly pricing is based on the number of weeks in the half term.

Refunds will only be issued if Apex Player Pathway cancels a session, club or programme. In other circumstances, such as a school cancelling a session or club, credit towards future sessions may be offered at the discretion of Apex Player Pathway.

Please note: Where a refund is issued, a £5 administration/transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount, where legally permitted and where applicable to the original payment method.

Credit will not normally be given for individual sessions missed by a participant. Any exceptions will be considered at the sole discretion of Apex Player Pathway. Where credit is issued, it will be valid for six months from the date of issue.

Booking a session, club or programme with Apex Player Pathway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
